4-axle flat wagon Rlnps is designed for maintenance and construction of railway infrastructure. The wagon can transport sleepers, track fields, and ballast for railway maintenance in special vessels. Loading and unloading are carried out using a special gantry crane. For this purpose, the wagon is fitted with longitudinal rails, the ends of which are fitted with swivelling transition pieces allowing the gantry crane to move smoothly along the entire train. The wagon complies with the requirements of the TSI WAG, UIC, ERRI and GCU regulations and the relevant EN standards. The wagon is available in three basic versions:
version A – wagon for transportation of sleepers and track fields
version B – wagon with vessels with a capacity of 4 m3
version C – wagon with vessels with a capacity of 2,2 m3
Wagons can be converted from version A to B to C and vice versa without the need for welding work. The wagon is ready for installation of electrical wiring and is classified as a “DAC-ready” wagon.
